Wellness and Vaccinations

Ensuring your pet's health goes beyond just love and care; regular wellness visits and vaccinations are crucial for their well-being. Annual check-ups help detect potential health issues before they become serious, allowing for early intervention and treatment. Vaccinations protect against preventable diseases, keeping your furry friend safe and reducing the risk of outbreaks in the community. Additionally, these visits foster a strong bond between you and your veterinarian, providing valuable advice tailored to your pet’s specific needs. Prioritizing your animal's wellness not only enhances their quality of life but also promotes a healthier environment for all pets. Give your companion the gift of good health—schedule their annual wellness visit today!

Diagnostics

When it comes to your pet's health, diagnostics play a vital role in uncovering underlying issues that might not be immediately visible. From routine blood tests to imaging studies, these tools help veterinarians assess your pet's overall well-being and identify potential problems early on. Timely diagnostics can lead to more effective treatments, ensuring your furry friend stays happy and active. Plus, understanding your pet's health through diagnostics empowers you as a pet owner, enabling informed decisions about their care. Prioritize your pet's health—embrace the power of diagnostics for a longer, healthier life together!

  • In-House Laboratory

    • We offer a wide range of in house labs such as a Complete Blood Count (CBC), Chemistry Profiles to assess organ function, Urinalysis, Thyroid testing, etc. These tests can range from 10-20 minutes but allow us to assess the overall wellness of your pet and may be recommended yearly.

  • Laboratory Referral

    • We work closely with Cornell University's Laboratory and Idexx for tests that we cannot run using our in-house equipment. This includes confirmation tests for Lyme and Anaplasmosis, BVD testing, and more. â€‹

  • Imaging

    • We can’t always diagnose everything from bloodwork or by just examining the animal. Additional imaging can be extremely beneficial when it comes to diagnosis. These tools such as X-Ray and Ultrasound allow us to perform in depth internal imaging and figure out what might be the cause of their symptoms. We also have the ability to refer these images to a specialist to read to aid in diagnosis.

Dentistry

Dental health is just as crucial for our pets as it is for us, yet it's often overlooked. Regular dental care can prevent a host of problems, including gum disease, tooth loss, and painful infections that can impact your pet's overall health. Just like humans, animals can suffer from plaque and tartar buildup, which can lead to serious health issues if left untreated. Routine dental check-ups and cleanings not only keep your pet's smile bright but also contribute to their longevity and quality of life. Investing in your pet's dental health means fewer vet visits down the line and a happier, healthier companion. Give your furry friend the gift of good dental care—it’s essential for their well-being!

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an innovative and holistic treatment option gaining popularity for small animals, offering a gentle approach to healing. This ancient practice involves the insertion of thin needles at specific points on the body, stimulating natural healing processes and promoting balance. Acupuncture can effectively alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall wellness, making it a valuable complement to conventional veterinary care. Whether your pet is dealing with arthritis, anxiety, or recovery from surgery, acupuncture can provide relief and improve their quality of life. With minimal discomfort and a calm environment, your furry friend can experience the benefits of this soothing therapy. Explore the healing potential of acupuncture for your beloved companion today.
